Service :
The Senior Analyst in Compensation and Benefits will report to the Compensation and Benefits Director EMEASA (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and South Asia) and will be a Member of the Regional Compensation and Benefits Team.
The Compensation & Benefits Team for EMEASA is responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring compensation policies, procedures, practices and for managing compensation programs related to Western Union employees within the Region, covering appr. 30 countries.
Principal accountabilities:
• Data input into various Compensation and Benefits Surveys,
• Salary benchmarking and internal equity analysis,
• Administrative tasks in supporting the Regional Compensation and Benefits activities, services and projects, as applicable,
• Assist in monitoring data integrity in our global HR/C&B Databases,
• Keep current on changes in legislation related to employee benefits, taxation and employment trends.

Qualifications
• University degree in Finance/Economics or Social Sciences (ideally with focus on HR Management, Taxation, Labor Law or other HR related subjects)
• Minimum 5 years related experience in a multi-national corporation
• High interest in dealing with numbers and high accuracy in handling them
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to work in an efficient manner under significant time pressure
• Project management skills
• Good skills with usual Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self motivated and able to work alone based on instruction
• Fluent English is essential, any additional language is an asset as well as international exposure
